Research Topic: Validation of the CHADS2 clinical prediction rule to predict iscahemic stroke: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
Research Output: In October 2009, Ciara won the Student Investigator of the Year at the Irish Health Care Awards 2009, with her paper Diagnostic Accuracy for Stroke. Details of her award can be found in the October 2009 edition of the Irish Medical Times. This final paper was published in Thrombosis and Haemostasis in 2011.
