Brian is currently a final year student medical student at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
Research
Brian undertook a 6 week Student Summer Scholarship at the Health Research Board under the supervision of one of the centres HRB Scholars. Together with several other students they collected data on prescribing patterns in the elderly with particular emphasis being put on adverse drug reactions. Analysis of this data is ongoing with results expected in the coming months. Prior to his Brian has been involved with research in both Beaumont Hospital, Dublin and in The Children's University Hospital, Temple Street, Dublin.
