James is a third year medical student in the graduate entry programme at RCSI. While as yet undecided about which area to specialise in, James is keenly interested in researching the evidence base for clinical guidelines and treatments. James previously worked as a data manager is a HIV research centre in Canada. He holds a M.Sc in Molecular Medicine and a B.Sc in Neuroscience.
James is currently undertaking a summer research project with the HRB Primary Care Research Centre, evaluating publication of studies used to support approval of new medicines by the European Medicines Agency.
